Melt! Festival – Germany

Christopher Brosch has spent his life dedicated to live-music since. he decided to skip studies in the early 80s. After a start as tour-rep for various German promoters, he worked as a booking agent for Peter Rieger Konzertagentur and the more-indie-orientated Blindfish Promotions before setting up his own booking agency in 1992.

He’s been in charge of the programing of the first issues of the Bizarre Festival and later promoted his own festival Rheinrock in Cologne.
After a brief encounter with DEAG Promotions (in which he had the honour to book Sarah Brightman on a global scale for some time) he went “indie” again in 2002, building a second career as the international accountant for German bands going abroad – this occupation finally took him around the globe with the band Rammstein, whose shows he settled since 2004.

Within his booking days he worked with acts such as Oasis, Beastie Boys, Portishead, Archive, Mogwai, Tricky, Hole, or lately the South African band Parlotones.
He joined melt!Booking in the summer of 2013.
